A new release for the XSD/WSDL/XML to C#/VB Class generator

• Preserve ordering of classes when there are two classes under the same name
• Better enum handling with proper naming of values and the classes
• Better type handling on obscure XSD types
• Better handling of inheritance
• Fixed to match real world XSD's and WSDL's
• OxmLibrary runtime to utilize name spacing to avoid collission when using multiple schemas in the same application domain

Probably the final beta, before declared stable officialy, although the runtime is as stable as it goes.
